Submit your Pitch Video

Upload your pitch video file using the form below. Your submission should be no more than 90 seconds in length. The recommended file type is mp4 and the maximum file upload size is 200MB.

Submit a pitch video showcasing customer accounts with potential for a Windows 11 refresh, accounts facing challenges transitioning to Windows 11, or tips, tricks, and success stories for customers who are already well along in their transition. Be as detailed as possible about the opportunity. Additionally, include specific customer references where you and your accounts have effectively leveraged Triple Blitz tools and resources in conversations that influence customer refresh strategies.

Key Considerations:

  1. What is you/your customers current timeline for Windows 11 migration?
  2. How many devices does your customer have in their assortment that are ineligible for the Windows 11 upgrade?
  3. What percent of their assortment is currently Windows 11?
  4. When considering refresh, which factor(s) is most important: cost, battery life, security, performance, connectivity (e.g., Wi-Fi), AI capabilities?
  5. What is the top challenge you/your customers face(d) with migrating to Windows 11? Or is it going well and you have tips/tricks to share?
  6. Do you have any concerns that you/your customers cannot complete your refresh to Windows 11 by Oct 2025, when support ends for Windows 10?
  7. If you know you/your customers cannot refresh to Windows 11 in time, are you planning to purchase Extended Security Updates from Microsoft?
  8. What excites you/your customers most about leveraging AI with your organization?
  9. What is you/your customer organization’s position on AI? Multiple Choice or drop-down answer: Plan to disable it, tentative, or deploy immediately?
  10. Are the new AI-capable PCs (Copilot+ PC) causing you/your customer to delay your Windows 11 refresh to rationalize where they would fit in your organization
  11. How do Intel processors enable Windows 11 devices to stay future-ready for emerging technologies?

Windows 11 Pro Pitch:

Audience: BDMs (Business Decision Makers) with broader more senior roles.  This is not for Technical Decision Makers.

Purpose: Discuss Windows for business including the latest updates like AI.  This is a very high-level customer briefing meant to educate.  If the customer wants to go deeper, SME’s can be brought in for a follow up meeting.

Note: The pre-req to the AI presentation is understanding the Windows 11 Value Prop. The customers need to have a Windows 11 knowledge baseline before we can discuss AI.  Does the customer have a plan in place for refresh and are aware of what needs to be refreshed?

Shape the Future Summary

Audience: K12 Schools only. This meeting is not for Colleges or Universities.

Purpose: Discuss a high-level overview of what Shape the Future is, what SKUs are available, when the Letter of Eligibility comes into play, and who to contact for questions.

A Microsoft Field Account Executive
Note: This meeting is typically only for larger accounts. Not every account has a Microsoft Account Executive. Smaller accounts should consult their Technical Consultant (TC).

Reasons to reach out to a Microsoft Rep:

  1. To discuss Microsoft licensing.
  2. If the customer needs help with any technical blockers while migrating to Windows 11.
    1. First troubleshoot with the HP Technical Sales Team. If still experiencing issue, connect with Microsoft Rep.

For a Windows 11 Pro meeting, please answer the following:

Are they an existing HP customer?
