Windows 11 Pro Pitch:

Audience: BDMs (Business Decision Makers) with broader more senior roles. This is not for Technical Decision Makers.

Purpose: Discuss Windows for business including the latest updates like AI. This is a very high-level customer briefing meant to educate. If the customer wants to go deeper, SME’s can be brought in for a follow up meeting.

Note: The pre-req to the AI presentation is understanding the Windows 11 Value Prop. The customers need to have a Windows 11 knowledge baseline before we can discuss AI. Does the customer have a plan in place for refresh and are aware of what needs to be refreshed?

Shape the Future Summary

Audience: K12 Schools only. This meeting is not for Colleges or Universities.

Purpose: Discuss a high-level overview of what Shape the Future is, what SKUs are available, when the Letter of Eligibility comes into play, and who to contact for questions.

To discuss Microsoft licensing.
If the customer needs help with any technical blockers while migrating to Windows 11.
1. First troubleshoot with the HP Technical Sales Team. If still experiencing issue, connect with Microsoft Rep.
