What is Triple Blitz?
Triple Blitz is a sales incentive program from HP, Intel, and Microsoft that rewards you for training, customer engagement, and hitting your numbers. Complete your courses, drive meaningful customer conversations with your Intel and Microsoft counterparts, meet quota, and you could earn recognition and a spot on the Top Performers Training Trip. Now let’s dive into what you need to know to earn those points!

What Do I Need to Do?
Four Core Components
Complete Training
Finish all monthly courses and quizzes. Training includes Monthly Courses, Expert Exchange After Hours, and Pitch Video Submission.
Host Customer Engagements
Invite customers to 1:1 meetings with your Intel/Microsoft field partners or have them view Webcasts and Expert Exchanges. You need at least 2 approved customer engagements to qualify.
Submit Win Notices
Log your wins (new deals, upsells, renewals, etc.) tied to Triple Blitz activity.
Meet Quota
Hit 100% quota attainment (ICE) for both HP Total PC Number and Attach Sales Number.
How Do I Earn Points?

Total Points Available: 1,500
Minimum to Qualify: 800 points + meet all requirements (2+ customer engagements, completed all sales enablement, 100% quota attainment)
What Can I Win?
First Place - Top Performers Trip (40 reps per half):
- Invitation to exclusive Top Performers Training Trip
- Recognition by segment: Enterprise, Commercial, SLED, FED, Canada
- Split between Inside and Outside sales reps
- Eligibility: 800+ points, 2+ customer engagements, completed all sales enablement, 100% quota attainment
Second Place (20 reps per half):
- High-value prizes (Sonos bundle, Frame TV, golf club set, drone, etc.)
- Eligibility: 800+ points, completed all sales enablement
Monthly Raffle (10 winners per month, 30 total per half):
- $150 gift card
- Eligibility: Completed sales enablement, pitch video, 2+ customer engagement activities
- Winner drawn first business day of following month
When Do Winners Get Announced?
Winners are announced in the month following the program period close (May for H1).
Quick Rules
First Place - Top Performers Trip (40 reps per half):
- You must be sales-coded for the full program period
- All activities must be completed within the H1 dates (Feb 1 – Apr 30)
- Tag minimum 3 customer accounts with Campaign ID: NA PPS Triple Blitz FY26 H1 in Dynamics by April 24, 2026.
- Same customer contact can appear in max 3 claims (unless multiple purchasing departments)
- Points update in real time for training; other activities validate within 3-5 business days
